Hey everyone,
Today I'm officially launching Modou on Indie Hackers.
Modou started from a problem I kept running into myself. While building one startup and working at another, I found myself spending too much time on repetitive operational work instead of focusing on growth, customers, and product development.
I started building AI agents to automate parts of my own workflow. What began as a personal productivity tool gradually evolved into Modou: an AI colleague that helps businesses identify inefficiencies, automate tasks, and win back time.
We're still very early, and that's exactly why I'm here.
I'm looking for founders, operators, and small teams who are willing to test Modou and provide honest feedback. In return, I'm offering a free trial and direct access to me so we can shape the product together.
If you:
Spend too much time on repetitive admin work
Jump between multiple tools every day
Feel like processes are slowing your team down
Are curious about practical AI for operations
I'd love to hear from you.
My goal isn't to build another AI chatbot. I want to build an AI colleague that actively helps businesses run more efficiently.
You can check it out here: modou.io
Any feedback, criticism, or ideas are more than welcome. Looking forward to meeting fellow founders and learning from the Indie Hackers community.

One thing I'd be careful with.
A lot of founders will agree they spend too much time on repetitive work. That doesn't necessarily tell you why they'll adopt Modou.
The risk isn't getting feedback from too few testers. It's getting feedback from people who like the idea but were never going to become customers.
I'd be careful treating this as a testing problem before you're sure you're collecting signals from the right kind of user.
