Launching my new side project with indie hackers in mind.
I'm launching version 1 of my new side project. It's a pretty simple concept. The service provides a cancellation button that you can use to survey your users and find out why they are cancelling. You can also give them some other options (pause subscription, etc) so you can potentially save revenue.
I usually hate when companies make it difficult to cancel so I wanted to make sure it is still easy for users to cancel while giving indie hackers like myself some insight into why people are leaving.
I know there are other services like this already, but all that I had looked at didn't ever seem to be very indie hacker friendly and so that was another one of my main goals with this product. Pricing is set up so that it doesn't cost you a thing unless the service actually helps you save revenue.
