Launching NiceData MVP: a simpler way to get clean data out of your PDFs and emails

I'm really happy to finally launch the MVP of NiceData!

The story for small businesses, bookkeepers, recruiters, and ops folks is always the same: someone on the team spends hours each week opening PDFs and emails, retyping invoice numbers, totals, names, and dates into a spreadsheet. And the tools meant to fix it add their own friction: settings to configure, fields to map, boxes to draw, dashboards full of options most people never touch. So I built NiceData to keep things straightforward: drop in a PDF, photo, or spreadsheet, or forward an email, and a few minutes later you've got clean, structured data ready for Excel or whatever system you use. Receipts, invoices, resumes, contracts, bank statements, and many more types of documents.

The part I like best is how you tell it what you want in plain English, the way you'd explain it to a coworker ("grab the vendor, due date, and total, and format the dates as YYYY-MM-DD"). No formulas, no labeling fields, no setup call. Most people are up and running in a couple of minutes. There are plenty of powerful tools in this space already, but I wanted to build one that any non-technical person could just sit down and use.

Excited about launching NiceData and building for the long run! ✨🏃‍♂️‍➡️
