Launching on Product Hunt next week: How I used AI to stop my calendar from killing my workouts

Hi Indie Hackers,

I’m a founder who lives and dies by my Google Calendar. But there was one thing my calendar kept killing: my health.

Every time a meeting ran over or a "quick call" became a 1-hour fire drill, my workout was the first thing I’d sacrifice. I realized most fitness apps are built for people with perfect schedules, not for people building products.

So, I built FitDots.

It’s an AI tool that doesn't just give you routines; it manages your fitness from your calendar.

The "Magic" feature:
Real-time recalibration: If you have a 45-min session planned but only 15 minutes left, FitDots lets you instantly "shrink" the workout. It adjusts the exercises to maintain the volume and intensity in the time you actually have.

I’m launching on Product Hunt next Wednesday (May 6th) and I’d love to get some feedback from this community before the big day:

The Logic: As a busy person, would you trust an AI to "shrink" your workout on the fly, or are you "all-or-nothing"?

The Hook: Does the video clearly explain why this is different from a standard fitness app?

Here is the product video I prepared for the launch:

If this resonates with your daily struggle against time, I’d love to have your support. You can Follow our journey on Product Hunt here to get a notification when we go live:

I’ll be around to answer any questions about the build, the AI, or how I'm prepping for the launch!
