Launching our product on Product Hunt!

Hey dudes,
I am thinking about launching or SaaS on Product Hunt.
Now I am here to ask you to give me suggestions/feedback, would appreciate any kind of help that you can share or give some resources.

1 What I should take into consideration when launching a product on PH, are there any hacks or hidden details that we should be aware of? Is anyone aware of how their algorithm works?

2 And the second one is giving feedback to our SaaS, which is a tool for updates. ( like Beamer). We give a 6-month free trial to the ones who are ready to give us dedicated feedback.

To be more exact, the tool helps companies to update their users and website visitors about any kind of changes that they make, from bug fixing up to new feature implementation, integration, webinars, sale and so more.
