Launching OwePilot: automated invoice follow-up for small service businesses

OwePilot started with a simple problem: small business owners often finish the work, send the invoice, and then have to spend extra time remembering who still owes them money and sending awkward follow-up emails.

I wanted to build something focused instead of another full accounting platform.

OwePilot helps small service businesses:

• keep unpaid invoices organized

• schedule professional payment reminders

• automatically send follow-ups

• stop reminders once an invoice is marked paid

It’s designed for contractors, freelancers, cleaners, landscapers, agencies, consultants, and other small businesses that want a simpler way to handle invoice follow-up.

I also added a free Invoice Reminder Generator so people can try part of the experience without signing up.

OwePilot is live now, and I’m looking for early users who deal with unpaid invoices and are willing to give candid feedback about what works, what feels unnecessary, and what would make the product more useful.
