Launching Page Pulse - A Page Change Performance Tracker

Hey Indie Hackers, I’m Lance 👋

I run Avalanche Creative, an SEO agency managing 50,000 plus URLs with a team of 12 talented, caffeine fueled humans.

For years, my workflow looked like this:

I’d audit a page, make changes, feel good about it… then weeks or months later ask, “Wait, what did we change here?” Even worse, “Did this actually move the needle, or did rankings improve for some other reason?”

We were using GSC, GA4, spreadsheets, and gut instinct. Lots of gut instinct.

The problem was never knowing which on page changes actually mattered, and which ones we were giving credit they didn’t deserve.

That frustration is what led me to build Page Pulse.

Page Pulse automatically logs every page change, lines it up with performance data, and makes it more obvious what worked, what didn’t, and what’s probably coincidence.

It's also going to provide AI powered recommendations so we’re not starting from scratch every time we ask, “Okay… what’s next?”

Internally, it’s already changed how our agency works. Fewer repeated mistakes. More confident decisions. Clearer wins we can show clients without hand-waving.

It’s becoming an unfair advantage for us.

Now I’m excited, and a little nervous, to share it with other SEOs, marketers, and indie builders who live in the same messy reality.

We're open for an invite-only beta (request access on our website).

Happy to answer questions, share lessons learned, or get roasted for building yet another SEO tool  the world does not need.
