Recently built a feedback tool that goes beyond collecting requests, it tries to understand them. It’s an embeddable form you can plug into your site/app, but the cool part is this:

When a user suggests a feature, it automatically uses AI to run a mini user interview. Think 2–3 thoughtful follow-up questions aimed at gathering better requirements on the spot.
