We believe that all these online PR distribution services are dated and old school, therefore, there isn’t much value wasting time and money on them.

I agree PR is dated and needs an upstart. It's going to be hard for me to justify paying you without cade studies, social proof, or who your website has been featured by.
If your company is experts in PR, I'd show where you can place people because from my experience it's always a black box. It normally ends with me feeling like a chump for spending any coin on placements when I can blog and network on Twitter.
Great question @mwood23. Probably we should you more proofs that you mentioned. Btw, each company will get a report with links to where their announcement was posted.
Wouldn't that remove the black box situation?
Not exactly because by the time I get the report you've taken my money. I wouldn't pay $2k without some assurances up front.
