Just set up the Garchi product page on IH. Quick state of things:
Garchi started in March 2019 as a marketplace SaaS. Later in 2024, it was pivoted to a lightweight headless CMS I built because nothing on the market felt API-first or adaptable enough for the client work I was doing.
It's now a SaaS with two paying customers, an MCP server with 20+ tools, and as of this week, officially accepted into the OpenAI ChatGPT App Directory. Anthropic Claude Connectors submission is still in flight.
The bet: every CMS will eventually need to be agent-operable, and most won't be ready. Going to start posting here weekly with the wins, the failures, and what I'm learning building a CMS in the agentic era.
If you're building anything involving MCP, content, or non-technical founder tools — would love to hear what you're working on.
