Launching Uptime Gladiator

I built this because uptime monitoring is the most boring category I could find, and boring things are easy to make people care about if you give them a scoreboard.

The mechanic is simple. One hour up earns a point. One minute down costs five hours. That asymmetry is the whole game — you climb slowly and fall fast, which is exactly how reliability actually feels.

Two things I was strict about. Nothing is invented: a minute counts as down only when two of three regions agree, and a 403 counts for nobody. And no company gets a fake record — the 30 companies we already measure are marked "observed" and can never win or lose a duel, because they never entered one. They can claim their profile any time by proving they own the domain.
