Lawyer-as-an-API

Hey fellow Indiehackers!

I've been hard at work on my new company, Magistrate. I've been taking everything I know as a lawyer and turning it into an API. Sounds weird, but if you came to make asking me to draft an NDA, I'd ask you some questions and then prepare the document. I just turned all of those questions into an API! I've published contractor agreements, NDAs, SAFEs, and SaaS Sales Agreements. What else would people want?
