Lead gen partner here, need help getting clients?

Hey guys, just a quick overview because I see a lot of people asking for lead gen help in this sub. I run a german based lead gen agency that builds and runs DFY outbound systems. Mainly for (creative-) agencies, so webdesign, web dev, marketing, sales.

We work internationally with a focus on the US and european market. As said, it's dfy, ready in 14 days and brings in around 4-10 clients per month.

So if you need any help, let's work together!

I could need some lead later. Thank you!

This DFY outbound setup with a 14-day turnaround and focus on 4–10 clients/month is a solid foundation — especially for creative agencies and service businesses.

Something I’ve seen work well when combining outbound with conversions is tightening the problem → outcome messaging. Clear ICP definition plus a crisp offer (what they get in the first 30 days) usually boosts reply rates and moves more conversations toward booked calls.

Curious — are you doing cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or a mix? I’ve noticed patterns where one channel outperforms the other depending on how warm the initial list signal is.

Hi Colin ,this is interesting, and it looks like what you’re doing is already getting solid results.

I specialize in client acquisition and funnel optimization for agencies, especially in the US and EU markets you’re focused on. I’ve worked with creative agencies (web design, marketing, SaaS services) helping them convert leads into booked calls and paying clients through clear positioning, better outreach messaging, and structured follow-up systems.

Where I believe I can add value alongside your DFY outbound:

improving offer positioning so leads convert at higher rates

writing/optimizing outreach copy that feels personalized, not spammy

refining qualification & call frameworks to close more of the opportunities generated

helping agencies turn new clients into recurring revenue

I like your 14-day setup model and the focus on predictable client flow. If you’re open to potential collaboration, I’d be happy to chat about how we could complement each other’s services instead of overlapping.

Feel free to DM me , I’d love to explore whether there’s a fit.

Interesting — often lead gen works, but conversions are tricky. Where do most leads currently drop off?

Lead generation usually works best when the outreach is very targeted instead of broad. I’ve seen good results focusing on clear ICPs, proper messaging, and fast follow-up. Happy to exchange ideas on what’s working.

I might need your help; the main issue is the cost.

Early -stage budgets can be rough 😅 If you’re down for a super light teardown (free), I can point out the biggest conversion leaks in your pitch or site. Just lmk!

A DFY outbound setup delivering consistent client acquisition within a short turnaround can be a strong option for agencies looking to scale in US and European markets.

This is a solid breakdown, especially the DFY angle and realistic timelines.

Curious — what’s been working best for you lately in terms of outbound?
Cold email, LinkedIn, or something else?

We’ve seen founders struggle not with tools, but with aligning messaging + conversion on the website itself.

    Impressive numbers!
I handle the backend infrastructure for outbound agencies (domains, DNS, inbox creation/warming, integrations).

If you ever want to outsource that part so you can focus on delivery, happy to chat.

Nice! Outbound DFY for creative agencies is a strong niche, especially with the 14-day setup.

I built a website that scans any website and creates for them instantly a chatbot ready to use.

A lot of agencies focus heavily on outbound but lose warm traffic because the website isn’t doing any qualification or capturing intent in real time. Adding a chatbot that’s trained on the website could help turn the traffic you generate into more booked meetings.

Curious if that’s something you’ve experimented with in your lead gen workflows?
Would you want working on that collaboration ?

If you’re already crushing outbound, Reddit can unlock a whole new layer of inbound clients for your agency partners

A lot of lead-gen agencies overlook Reddit, but it’s one of the easiest places to:

attract business owners who are actively asking for help
plug into real conversations where agencies can showcase solutions
generate warm leads without paid ads or spam
    build authority inside niche communities

I help agencies and founders use Reddit to turn those conversations into qualified leads, discovery calls, and DM conversions without getting posts deleted or accounts flagged

If you ever want to add a Reddit inbound engine alongside your outbound system, I can share what’s working right now and show you how fast results come once you’re posting in the right subreddits

Happy to help anytime just reply interested or DM me

Any tips on the the right subreddits for small and local businesses? I am looking to provide customised AI based solutions to them.

Great question this is exactly where most people go wrong on Reddit

For small & local businesses, the key isn’t just big subreddits, it’s problem based and location aware communities. Think:
        • subreddits where owners ask about automation, marketing, or ops pain
        • niche industry subs (restaurants, real estate, service businesses, etc.)
        • local/regional subs where business questions come up organically

Once you map those correctly and adjust tone + timing, Reddit becomes a steady source of warm, inbound conversations instead of cold outreach

If you want, DM me and tell me which type of local businesses you’re targeting I can share a few subreddit angles that work well for AI-based solutions
