I started a newsletter (gettheplunge.com) and I'm upgrading my landing page to offer a guide for a specific topic. I want to bring in subscribers for the newsletter but I'm a little stuck figuring out my landing page call-to-action.
"Get the guide" - I plan to mention that they are subscribing to the newsletter AND getting the guide, but it feels disingenuous to focus too much on the call to action. I also want to highlight the value of the newsletter, not just the details about the guide.
My thought is to have the left side, with the signup form, grab attention with the newsletter's overall value while showcasing the guide on the right side, with bullet points of what it offers. This feels like an unfocused approach.
Any thoughts or examples on a landing page that promotes a newsletter while using a lead magnet (guide) to entice potential subscribers?
