LeadLamp: a lightweight alternative to heavy CRMs for small teams

I’m building LeadLamp — a lightweight lead management tool designed for small agencies and service businesses.

We noticed many teams struggle with:

• leads falling through the cracks

• inconsistent follow-ups

• CRMs that feel too complex and expensive

So we built an MVP focused on the basics:

• simple lead pipelines (Kanban-style)

• contact & lead management

• personalized funnels using custom variables

This is an early MVP, but it’s live and usable.

What’s coming next:

• automated follow-ups & workflows

• form builder for lead collection

• personalized email templates

We’re currently looking for early users who manage leads daily and are open to sharing honest feedback.
