LeadSynth: the easiest customers are the ones already asking

This week I noticed something uncomfortable:

My best leads weren’t “leads.”

They were people complaining.

Not in my inbox. Not on landing pages.

In public, in threads, in comments, in replies:

  • “Anyone know a tool for X?”

  • “I’m stuck with Y, what do people use?”

  • “We tried Z and it didn’t work…”

That is literally a buying moment.

The problem is founders don’t see it because:

  • it’s scattered across platforms

  • it expires fast

  • and nobody has time to monitor the internet all day

So most of us default to:

cold outreach, content, or “post and pray.”

I’m building LeadSynth to do the opposite:

listen for problem conversations, filter for intent, and surface the ones worth replying to while they’re still alive.

Not “more leads.”

Better moments.

This framing is strong: “not more leads better moments.” ~

You are describing the precise gap that most founders have but can’t say. The activity of purchase intention happens in the public sphere, but it is invisible. When people search manually, the thread is dead already.

Realizing it wasn't a lead generation tool, but a timing tool, led to an epiphany. When the pain is fresh and the person is literally crying for help, it helps you show up.

I have done this manually on Twitter/Reddit, and it’s effective but draining and hard to keep up with. LeadSynth’s ability to consistently unveil those moments where customers find themselves trapped with something x, across platforms, is indeed valuable.

I'm interested in your decision to use intent filtering. How can you differentiate between casual conversation (“we tried X”) versus real buying signals (“we need an alternative of X, right now”)?

Been using LeadSynth for a month now and thank you man, now my products finally get customers and aren't lost in a folder somewhere on my PC.
