LeadSynth will make you realize most of your outreach is wasted

Most founders don’t want to admit this:

A huge % of their outreach was never going to convert.

Not because the message was bad

Not because the product was bad

But because the timing was wrong.

You reached out when they didn’t care

You followed up when nothing changed

You kept pushing when there was no intent

So it felt like a numbers game

More emails

More DMs

More effort

But it wasn’t a volume problem

It was a timing problem

The frustrating part is:

The same person who ignored you today

might be actively looking for your solution next week

You just weren’t there when it mattered

That’s the gap most people never solve

We’re building LeadSynth around that exact problem

Instead of guessing who might be interested

you find people who are already expressing the need

In real time

In their own words

So you’re not convincing

you’re responding

That shift turns outreach from noise into conversation

Curious how others think about this:

How much of your outreach do you think was just bad timing?

Curious — are you also dealing with inbound/support stuff or mostly outbound?

I’ve been struggling with support emails getting messy as things grow.

Feels like most tools are either overkill or too expensive early on.

Trying to find something simple that actually works.

I mean I use "Crisp " as my support channel simply reply on my phone in the app anytime so its easy.

yeah Crisp is great for that — super easy to stay on top of replies

I’ve just found the tricky part starts after a while — when you’ve handled a bunch of conversations and want to understand what’s actually recurring vs one-offs

curious if you’ve started noticing that yet or still pretty manageable?

          Still pretty manageable tbf

yeah that makes sense — it usually stays manageable for a bit

I’ve just seen it flip pretty quickly once conversations start piling up 😄

especially when you want to look back and understand what’s actually recurring vs one-offs
