I'm not a fan of lean startup nor the idea of validation. A much better idea is conviction. If you're convinced you have something, convince others. I like Alex Hormozi's ideas much better than Eric Ries. They're more practical and a better way to think about solving problems. I liked his "$100M Offers" book
I am curious if anybody saw this, no reactions at all :)?
