[Building in Public - ep 0]
I’m Gabriele, founder of Cassandra, a Budget allocator that tells advertisers how much and where to spend the advertising budget to maximize the ROI.
We want to remove waste in the marketing budget and stress from advertisers in their activities.
We started this company in January.
I personally left my managerial role in the marketing agency I built (Hybrida Marketing) and went all in with Cassandra.
So far this is what we achieved:
Even though we are generating revenue, we are not scalable yet.
The road to go is still long.
So far we learned that:
Innovation adoption takes education
Data is a mess in all the companies, there is an incredible need for data centralization
Price your service/product based on value and not based on costs
Language market fit is a real thing, if you have a great product & you talk too difficult, you’ll not make leads or sales.
I will share updates once a week about the progress of our startup
Cheers

Hi Gabriele
How did you acquire a CTO ?
is there any particular process that you used?
How has your approach been for acquiring users?
What resources do you currently need?
At what point would you consider taking on investment?

My CTO was cofounder of a agency I founded in 2019
I'm currently testing multiple strategies for user acquisition.
The best performer have been:
Right now we are doing a round, we will raise 350k$ at a 5M valuation cap.
We are considering investments now :)
Fantastic that you have a history of working with your co-founder. Investors will appreciate that.
I'd like to connect you with some investors.
Can we discuss via email?
