Ledgerail is here!

I’m building Ledgerail, a business document automation tool for teams that deal with invoices, receipts, contracts, and other important files.

The problem I wanted to solve is simple: business documents usually end up scattered across emails, folders, spreadsheets, and chat apps. When you need to check a payment, verify a file, track a due date, or prepare a report, everything becomes annoying fast.

Ledgerail helps users upload and organize business files, track document status, manage reminders, maintain ledgers, and generate reports from one workspace.

Main features:

  • Upload and organize business documents

  • Track invoices, receipts, and contracts

  • Verify document status

  • Add due dates and reminders

  • Maintain ledger records

  • Generate reports

  • Keep business files easier to find and review

I’m still improving it, but the goal is clear: make business document tracking less messy and more useful for small teams.

Would love feedback on the idea, positioning, and what features would make this more useful.

I think the opportunity is less about organizing documents and more about reducing the number of places people have to check before they can answer a simple business question. If Ledgerail becomes the workspace that tells a team what needs attention next—not just where a file lives—that's a much stronger positioning than another document manager.
