[Legal] Agreement need help

Hello,

My cofounder and I are creating a software company. We're both programmers. My cofounder lives in the United States, while I live in Canada. We do not presently have any registered legal papers. Another point is that my software company use pre-existing technology, thus no patents are required. After some Googling, I discovered that I need the following agreements: incorporation agreement, shareholder agreement, employment agreement, and intellectual property agreement.

I'm aware that there are several free templates available online. But because my cofounder and I live in two different countries, is it possible to use an online template from the internet? Or will I need to consult with a lawyer who specialises in international law?

What kind of template can I get on the internet?

I have no legal experience; therefore I appreciate your help.
