Legal/biz help for startup in the crypto space

3 founders (2 in California, 1 in Brazil) are looking for some advice or more involved help.

We are in the process of receiving funding (in cryptocurrency).

One of our services we are building out is a dispute resolution marketplace.

We have some key personnel (employees-to-be, contractors, and interns distributed around the world). We are experiencing an extremely difficult time in getting clarity on the best form and place of incorporation and have had no luck in finding an advisor/account/any help regarding the crypto component (for revenue, taxes, but also payments to personnel).
