Lessons Learned from the Success and Failure of qkmath

My name is Jairon Landa and I am the creator of the QkMath.com app. This app was designed with the goal of helping individuals improve their math skills in a fun and interactive way. The main features of QkMath.com include a daily math quiz update and a multiplayer aspect, which allows users to compete and interact with others from around the world.

To promote my project, I used social media platforms such as Reddit and Twitter. Initially, the project gained a lot of attention and became trending for about a month. However, after this initial surge of popularity, the project seemed to lose momentum and eventually died down.

In hindsight, it is clear that I made a mistake in my marketing strategy. While using social media can be an effective way to attract users, it is important to also consider other marketing channels and to have a long-term plan in place to sustain interest in the project.

To move forward, I should consider diversifying my marketing efforts and developing a more comprehensive strategy that addresses the needs of my target audience. This may involve implementing referral programs, collaborating with influencers, or exploring paid advertising options. It will also be important to continually update and improve the app to keep users engaged and to encourage them to continue using it.
