Hey Heleana, first of all, thank you! What a great use of resources to help others! Koda is a Branding and Design Studio and recently we started another company under the umbrella: a design as a subscription agency. I like the productized agency model but tbh I wouldn't do it again for a redesign haha.
I feel like this service is best for maybe marketing materials and quick design work but going trough a full redesign was a bit too long and I feel like the 2-3 days delivery for each asset adds to much time to the whole process. Especially if you count a revision as a new request which also takes 2-3 days which was our case.
But this looks great, I think there's definitely a large market that would consider this to be an amazing deal.
Thanks Heleana! It is true that the turnover time for websites is a bit longer. It won't work if someone only wants to do a redesign. That project would be done by the design agency as a once-off project. This does however work very well when we partner with other agencies. They just outsource the work to us and it becomes waaaayy more efficient and cheaper for them. Thanks again!

If you want to focus on organic traffic, finding a right keywords to target is the best thing you can do. The keywords should be a sweet spot between huge traffic and difficulty of the keyword.
The problem here is you need to come out with keywords and check if the keyword is good. It is tedious and takes time. Can you go tru thousands of keywords in a day ?

For HARO it can still be a good long term strategy if you are an expert in your field, especially they are revamping the platform now to reduce GPT spams. A few of my users have landed high DA backlinks.
And unfortunately we can't offer a done-for-you service because you are the one with the expertise the journalists are looking for.
I run an email hosting service with my brother called Mango Mail. We charge based on data usage instead of number of addresses which can save a ton for most businesses.
Oh cool, we spend a ton on gsuite so this is interesting.
The only problem I see in transferring to Mango is that we pay Gsuite for the extra drive storage which we use to store client videos.
Do you have a solution for storage as well?
Thanks! We don't currently provide storage, however, you can still cut costs by using a separate storage solution, then use mango mail for your email addresses. This way, you could pay just for the storage and not have to spend extra for every additional address you create.

So is the example of Figma to HTML video a direct outcome of the work you helped completed for your client?
I haven't considered sponsors yet, but the idea is to have a sponsor appear on the site's home page among all the examples, highlighted in a different colour, with 1-2 lines of copy with a cta to their website, as well as be included in the weekly email for a month.
Its still new and i havnt distributed all my content yet but, my site gets around 2k visits each month, mostly from Reddit comments and posts like this. A few of my posts have got 40-70k views on there so far and my newsletter has 353 subs.

Yeah, that's one way to go about it. I mentioned a few things we need help with and based on the cool products we got pitched I think it was pretty clear.
