I need to understand if I should continue developing in the hope to make it successful or if already too much was invested and I should better start something else.

Let's say you take several month to build a product and launch it unsuccessfully (almost no users, no revenue), then you build a v2 of it: Improve UI/UX, add some great features to it, etc.
V2 takes several months to build and then you launch. You get slightly more users, more revenue but by far not as much as you desired.
What's the key to decide whether I should invest more (to add new features, improve on user feedback, etc.) or I should stop and build something completely different?
Business is like investment in someways, don't risk more than you can afford to loose that's for sure. On the other hand, I believe you should also risks as you can as long as the problem you are solving is legitimate for you and a lot of other people.
Doesn't help much. However, it comes back to feedback! If you can solve a problem reaching a big market, go reach a small chunk of these people to understand their needs deeply and find your key (low cost network effect) to diffuse your message to more of them. Although, many externals factors can impact your expected growth (competition, acquisition cost/timing and so on.. I would need to see your exact case to imagine further :)
I need help identifying blind spots. I feel like once I've launched, I just have tunnel vision / myopia. Fixing the next bug. Responding to the next feature request. If there was something that could help me gain perspective, that'd be really helpful. As I'm writing this I'm starting to think perhaps the answer is meditation and more sleep =D
Always zoom out, look at the people operating in the same sphere, discuss feedback with people sharing your vision and don't hesitate to get a perspective from the outside to unlock new cascades of ideas and ways of thinking! meditation, sleep and fasting aren't bad either ;)

I struggle with this too haha. I'm not a native speaker and it's a pain for me to write. I'm also a perfectionist and I want everything to sound perfect with no errors. However, I also don't want to pay anyone. Big problem haha
Consider platforms to outsource it like fiverr or upwork to find a copywriter, or maybe a indie hacker pulled up a service like that on a $/word basis!
I need to understand why people are churning. When I interview my users, they are pretty happy, and those who aren't, just don't want to give feedback. So I guess I need an honest person who is got at UX/UI and can give some actionable advice.
Places like Indie Hackers are great for that, give some value or something to win in exchange of this feeedback from outsiders. You will also see more and more startups offering packages from 200$-300$ to give a proper feedback from many people (I'll send it to you when I recall the name of 1 I saw)
My startup has a rather narrow market -- it's for learning Lithuanian, and it would be hard to find potential users here on IH.
I have mixed thoughts on getting feedback for money vs real users TBH, do you think they might be skewed?

Could be skewed, you should really look into the details before taking this kind of service.
Although for learning Lithuanian, you could go directly to the basics and find a group of exchange students in your country from diverse backgrounds interested in learning the language (you could find a facebook group of a university in your country for example) join the group and ask for feedback in exchange of a free tuition or something else!
