Lets roast my landing page

https://www.keywordintel.dev/

Hi all

I launched keywordintel.dev as a way to get keyword difficulty and do keyword research without paying through the nose to ahrefs or semrush. I've launched on product hunt and posted on x.com the everything app but haven't had any sign ups yet. Lets roast my landingpage

When you last changed the page, what drove the change, and were you able to tell if it did anything?

    Hello,

    Here my 2ct :)
    You have a good idea/market.
First I need to understand that this SEO keywords and that you are an alternative to ahrefs: Just say it :)
your value proposition is: SEO Keywords tool but Affordable. no?
Also let me use it without login in. where ahrefs are big guys and we are more likely to push through barriers smaller service need to remove obstacles... IMO.
Also Im a heavy user of keywordseverywhere and I pay for it.

First off—nice job shipping. Most people never get this far.

From a copy perspective, the main gap I see isn’t features or design, it’s emotional clarity. I understand what the tool does, but I don’t immediately feel the cost of not using it.

SEO buyers usually come in frustrated—too much conflicting data, overpriced tools, and time wasted validating keywords manually. If that frustration is reflected clearly in the first screen, the rest of the page suddenly feels more convincing without changing anything else.

    Small shift, big impact.

The first $500 MRR is the hardest milestone because everything is manual and nothing compounds yet. The founders who get through it are usually the ones with conviction about a specific problem rather than a general vision.

What's the specific problem you're most confident about solving?

Hey, looks like you've pivoted since the original post — the site is now AI search optimization (GEO). Smart move, that market is heating up. Here's what the current page needs:

The page is extremely thin for a $79-$249 product. You've got a headline, one testimonial, three stats, and pricing tiers. That's it. At this price point, buyers need to see what they're actually getting. What does the report look like? What do you check? How do you determine what needs fixing? A sample report or "what's included" breakdown would do more for conversions than anything else on the page.

"Get your business recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude" — strong headline, clear promise. But "We scan your site and tell you exactly what to fix" is generic. Every SEO tool says this. The obvious objection is "why wouldn't I just ask ChatGPT directly?" You need to answer that on the page and you're not.

The testimonial from "Marketing Manager, B2B Professional Services" is anonymous. At $79+, people need a real name and company. Anonymous quotes read as fabricated even when they're not. One verified testimonial with a name and photo will outperform it ten times over.

Your stats (400M+ ChatGPT users, 65% searches end without clicks) are industry numbers, not your numbers. They justify the market exists but say nothing about whether your product works. Add at least one result metric from actual usage.

The free tier ("Top 3 issues") risks cannibalizing paid. If you give away the actionable fixes for free, why would I pay $79? Consider making the free check a visibility score only — "are you showing up or not" — rather than giving away the fixes.

Biggest single win: show a sample report. You're asking people to pay for something they can't visualize.

I do deeper prioritized teardowns as a service — https://aidenvale3.gumroad.com/l/roast

Let me know if this helps.
