Seeing that you are much further along in the journey.
Maybe consider adding some social proof stats

A "curated" network.
Who do you think it is for?
Founders looking for a specific skill set that is they might not have

It's an interesting idea. I think the closest comparison might be Lunchclub or BumbleBiz
What is the first thing you would fix?
Honestly, the first time I scrolled, I missed all the UX and Logo designers portion. You might want to display more information through the image on the right.
