For my liking, the copy writing is too extensive. You have 8 seconds to convince the visitor. I would be too lazy to read the description texts.

In my opinion, most of the headers like "Why we do it", "What do we do" and "How do we do it" are missing a clear message. Keep in mind that a lot of people will only read the headers but not the paragraphs.

Maybe put the more detailed descriptions in a separate tab.

Overall, I think you can qualify the wording a bit more so that people can easily think of your service of x services.

I would make your title "Delegate your tasks on-demand." much bigger so it stands out, I'd put the "What can we do this Thursday?" to the bottom (only ask them to commit after you've told them what it is.

Agree with @juhaelee that some ideas of what sort of things would be super helpful, is it people to mow my lawn or enter some data in a system?

I'd also have the bit where you get them to describe the task much simpler, there's not much more intimidating than you asking me to write a paragraph for me when you approached me, if you can get them to describe in a few words to start with, that'd be much more approachable, you can always ask them for more detail later.

Also if you had a white version of your logo, think that would look better and stand out of the darkish blue.
