LF Frontend dev for something similar to clips twitch tv

Looking for a frontend to help with a website to host clips, much like clips.twitch.tv.

I am a python developer, I have a small demo for the website with a working backend to create clips from videos. I am not really good at front-end or UI and would really love to get help with the front-end part of the website.
