Liability Concerns - Homebirth

Hey Indie Hackers!

Long time Hacker, first-time participating other than helping people with their analytics/Adwords questions via Slack.

I bought the domain homebirth.com sometime last summer hoping to make it an informational site and planned to monetize it through affiliate advertising/directory space for birth professionals but the pandemic changed everything. Planned Homebirths previously accounted for 1-2% but now we expect that to skyrocket as families reconsider their birthing options out of fear of contracting Covid19 or family members not being allowed to enter hospitals.

Due to this shock caused by the pandemic, we want to help mothers connect with midwives in their local communities. We have liability concerns. I have the following two questions if someone could help me out.

1. Would an LLC give me any liability protection over an s-corp?
2. Would a Waiver Liability Form be enough as the midwife and their company would be doing the actual birth?
