Licenses, trials and other free stuff one could avail with indie hackers?

We all hustling on our prototypes, MVPs etc. Some products give free trials or credits for startups or about to be startups. Can we avail such benefits using indiehackers? Does any major service recognize indiehackers as a partner. Please leave a comment.
