Licensing Android Apps using Gumroad

Hi, I recently published an Android App which allows users to use Chat GPT using your own API Key.
Everything is Stored locally including API Keys and Chats.

I've been working on it's desktop version for quite some time and I was planning to use Gumroad or LemonSqueezy for licensing purposes of some premium features.

My question is, Can I use the same licensing for my android app as well?
I've heard that both appstores are quite forcing regarding payments.

Any Idea?

If anyone is interested in checking out the app, here's the link to it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.twiks.gptchat
