Lifetime Deal on AppSumo

Hey IndieHackers,

We have just submitted our SaaS business (Stacky) on the AppSumo Community deals.

Did any of you join the new Community Marketplace? Any tips on how to get your deal pushed to the first results?

Frankly, I do not know what criteria they use to showcase community deals. I saw deals with no reviews or comments in the first results, and I saw deals with sales and reviews ranking lower than new ones.

If anyone has experience with AppSumo's community marketplace, I would highly appreciate any advice.

I know that the community marketplace is mostly a self-promotion section of AppSumo (until you reach a certain number of reviews). Still, I was wondering if anyone has any insights that might help.

  I did not know that.
  I will get in touch with my contact on AppSumo and ask them. From what I see, it is only for the time the deal is live.
