Lifetime deals or Low-cost 1-year deal?

When launching early bird offers what is more accurate?

  1. Lifetime deals
  2. Low-cost 1-year deal.

I know it really depends on the product that you are offering.

Lifetime deals may be more attractive to some customers because they offer a one-time payment for access to the product for an indefinite period of time.

However, some customers may prefer a low-cost 1-year deal because it offers a shorter commitment and the opportunity to explore other products after a year.

Do you have any experience on this topic?

PS - I am opting for 1-year option for my product ( https://www.mezchip.com/saas ) but would like to know what works.

      thanks.
@san0198 Do you think LTD still holds valid if the product isn't ready?
