When you get a chance, please take look on this https://www.teckiy.com/ and let me know your feedback about this platform

Its ticketing platform for Open source frameworks. Its more than Q&A site and more than freelancing site.

    Hi tagnev,

Your inspiration is clearly Stackoverflow, with the added twist that people who answer can earn money, and thereby make a living out of it? Did I get this right? I also see that you want to add one-to-one training and blogging. I would suggest you really nail the Q&A part before you add more features like that.

One thing I'm unsure about is: where does the money come from? In other words, who pays the freelancers?

Suggestion: in order to further incentivize freelancers to answer high and medium priority fast, you could create a sliding scale of earnings. The older the question, the less they earn. That way they really have to answer those questions fast!

    Cheers,
    Ben

      Thanks Ben for your feedback.

Sure, Yes you are right its like layer between Stack overflow and freelancing sites.

Regarding , where does the money come from? In other words, who pays the freelancers?
Actually we are charging money from Users for High & Urgent Tickets. And those amounts we will share across the techions(one who helping we called as Techions) based on user verified the respective techions answer, if user doesnt verify that, then our Teckiy SME's will verify based on right answer & number of votes.

Regarding your suggestion, are you suggested to increase the $ value for the tickets? Could you please clarify it?

Also for all Techions one who answering or resolving or votes will decide to get the gain points. And our long term goal is bring Employer into the place to recruit the right candidate based on Points gained on particular skill set.

      Once again, Thanks.

Thanks for answering. As for my comment, I was suggesting that, as a high/medium priority ticket gets older, the reward value for answering decreases. That way freelancers have an incentive to answer as soon as possible.

Yes correct , every tickets has its own SLA's , so our Teckiy SME's will make sure users getting the answer for his/her questions. If not Teckiy SME's will jump into that question working with user and close the tickets. Thanks for your suggestion
