List of 48 subreddits to share your ProductHunt launch 🚀

Many of the subreddits you listed explicitly BAN self promotion, including some of the most popular ones like /r/Entrepreneur and /r/WebDev.. If you plug on some of these subreddits the moderator will take down your post and then you will be banned from posting to that subreddit.

It's not appropriate that you are charging for data like this when you did no research for any of the rules on these subreddits. I did a ton of research on most of these as well as nearly 400 other site and posted the findings on a website called Launch Point Zero. The data is posted for free.

Awesome round up, thanks! Any recommendations for how best to use the list? For example, do we just cold post to the sub reddits, or gain some karma first? Do we have to post into a "Daily Thread" (as suggested by another IndieHackers poster), or are they fairly forgiving of people coming in just to promote themselves?

Reddit is a gold mine for starting a business especially if you are soloprenuer.

It is like a hack.

I got at least 4 account ban to learn all these which all because of spamming which is a big crime on reddit evethough you are posting something valuable. :)

Reddit is great as long as you don't try to sell things to them.

Redditors and moderators hate sellers. The moment you sell you will get banned.
