Did you had a feeling that the successful project was going to have some attention from the get go or did you think it was just like the other projects that you shut down? What made this project different?
The successful project broke even after 4 years. The first year, we made $0 in revenue. As it was a B2B, the sales process was long (10 months or so), which made it very difficult in the beginning.
After those first years though, the process went a bit more smoothly, mainly upselling to the same clients we had.
All the rest (failed ones) were just my attempt with ideas from the top of my head (I didn't know the market, people who worked on those areas, etc). I think that makes a huge difference.

Do you not consider them as a success?
Not in financial terms as I spent months working in some of them.
Had learned a lot about launching, tech skills, etc.
