LISTEN UP - Stop slacking on customer service
When an indie maker creates a product or service, they get excited and come here to promote it. They want feedback so they can improve their product or service.
The biggest turn off for me for is when I'm interested in a product and I submit a few questions via contact forum or their provided email, and.....

That's how you lose potential customers.
