Listing Features for your STARTUP software development

Hello Community,

I was wondering if any of you have a template for listing the main features for your SaaS. e.g..

Landing page ...View landing page

Autorization --- Singup, log in/out, Recover password

Dashboard --- General info, daily visitor counter, latest activity,etccc

I am starting a brand new startup and I have a good idea about the main features based on research and on competitors but I would like to get fresh ideas.
