Live chat requests arrive to my mobile phone
Is there a live chat plugin (from website) that could provide an alert to my mobile phone that a user is wanting to chat?
Might have to create custom email alert upon chat request if not.

I use Intercom for BigMailer.io and have a mobile app installed on my phone so I can actually reply from my phone if I wanted to. I have notifications turned on so I get notified instantly. You can set your "office hours" and auto-reply with email collection to follow up outside office hours.
Intercom has a startup program where they offer you their entire suite of products for just $49/month - great value. If you only decide to use chat feature you can keep that after for $38/month.

If you use a chat like https://www.drift.com, they have a mobile app that notifies you when a user is wanting to chat and you can reply back.
Great tip. Looks like they have a free package for smaller biz. Will give it a try out.

I wanted the Intercom's "bubble" recognition so didn't do much research for alternatives since price wasn't an issue for me. But I would consider Drift for any other/new projects I launch.
