Live chat with FAQ?
Hi folx. What are you using for live chat on your web apps/sites?
My site is a one-woman-band and I have intercom currently for live support but I get all the same questions often and I want something that will show FAQ's and ideally link to a separate knowledge base. For just that in Intercom is an outrageous price so I'm looking for alternatives but there are just so many and I'm finding it really hard to decipher the differences between options!
Any advice or recommendations appreciated!

We have a knowledge base CMS with https://versoly.com/ you can customise your navbar, header and footer fully.
https://versoly.com/help is the current template with lots more coming in the future.
The content editor is by far the most powerful on the market and pretty easy to use.

I use crisp chat for live chat. Works great.
