Anyone got any experience with living in co-living spaces in San Fran? I'm looking for a clean apartment or private bedroom to rent for the first month. The goal is to use the first month to look around the city for a more permanent spot. I don't trust the images on some of the online sites. Looking for recommendations from people that are currently living in a co-living space or just moved out of one.
Back in the days I remember how being a student I used to live with some guys. Then we haven’t called it co-living which is more of a modern term. We simply called it to share a room with someone in order to save some money. Indeed renting a room or apartment by yourself in San Francisco will bankrupt you soon. So co-living, I still can’t get used to this term, is a great option. I lived in Bay Area, more specifically in the space which is called now Hacker Home. They renovated it and now it looks much better than 10 years ago. I also used to earn some additional money working as a mover for https://www.removalslondon.co.uk/. The job was tough, but I believe more money will never mess up. All in all, I wish you good luck with your advocate career and be patient with your new roommates.
