Long shot! -- ideas for open source to review/copy/paste

Putting together a test marketing kind of app. Part of the process will be to allow the user to fetch/insert/modify data in serverside db/tbls. This happens through a couple of forms/dialogs in the test app/frontside. Nothing complex.

However, since it appears this will be a laravel based app, looking to copy chunks of this from other apps where possible, as opposed to going through the learning curve to set up frontside/serverside/logic/etc..

So, any thoughts on apps you may have run across? Currently doing the Github/net open source laravel search.

Willing to discuss possibility of $$ wih someone if you've already built something like this, hit me up!

frontside:
user view dialog/form
user modify dialog/form
user view delete/form
user view insert new/form

(there would be tbl/rows/cols.. of the data
scrollable possibly..)

user would be able to select "btns" to mod/del or new area to insert, etc
"submitBTN" updates/accesses serverside data -- db/tbls

serverside:
db/tbls
create/sql/schema/mod/update/del logic..

the idea to save time, and to insert the logic into the test app being developed.
