Long Time Reader, First Time Poster

Hey everyone. I've been listening to the podcast / reading random threads here for well over a year before posting. Figured there was never a better time than now to get involved!

Here's why:

I started freelancing as a web designer ~ 1.5 years ago. Since then I've always wanted to share / make content but I never have. I've always worried too much about what other people might think.

To get over that fear I've started a YouTube channel where I'm going to document the next chapter of my business. My goal is to go from freelancing to building an agency. Not sure what that really means to me yet but I'm going to figure it out along the way.

Right now, my vision is to be running an ecommerce growth/CRO agency that works with clients, launches brands, builds SaaS products, and potentially makes educational materials like courses. This plan may change but that's the idea for now.

I just published my first video yesterday where I ramble on about this for ~ 10 minutes 😅. I'd love to know what you think!
