I’m looking to collaborate with one founder/operator this week.

If you have an async decision that keeps reopening (scope, pricing, hiring, roadmap, positioning), I’ll run a short structural audit and send you the output.

What I check in 20 minutes:

• ownership: who decides, who executes, who must approve
• expiry: by when it must be resolved, what happens if it slips
• threshold: what “enough” evidence looks like to decide
