Looking for 2 partners to share to help me continue 3 projects

I am a developer and last year I worked on 3 projects part time. I don't have time to finish all of them and am willing to share equity if anybody is interested.

I need 1 dev and 1 marketing guy ideally.
The projects are an online gaming website, a crypto currency website and a language learning website.

I am still looking into ways of generating trust since the legal way is way to complicated for a startup. One way would be just to transfer the domain rights so you will have one of the 3 domains, but you will work for the progress of all 3 domains to assure that we will transfer the domain rights between each other at set period of time.
