I’m looking for 3 Shopify merchants with a real open chargeback.
I built a manual evidence-packet workflow after seeing how often merchants
submit tracking or delivery proof but still lose because the evidence is
scattered or doesn’t address the actual dispute reason.
For the first 3 qualified cases, I’ll prepare the packet free of charge
in exchange for honest feedback.

Best fit:
There is no hard amount minimum for the free pilot. I’ll prioritize cases
where the amount or repeated time spent makes the dispute worth fighting.
No Shopify login, card number, CVV or banking credentials are required.
No outcome guarantee.

Chargebacks are definitely something many new merchants struggle with. What are the most common mistakes you see merchants making when preparing their evidence packets?
The main patterns I keep seeing are using the same evidence for every reason
code, uploading a pile of screenshots without a short timeline, and treating
tracking as proof of authorization.
Another big one is discovering too late that a key record was never captured in
the first place.
Have you seen one of those more often than the others?
