Looking for a back-end / full-stack, front-end developer

Hi,

I have been bootstrapping http://www.hallocasa.com for quite some time now and have been working with the same team for several years, focused on a very robust and clear code.

The team consists of 1 Mexican (QA Tester), 2 Colombians (Back-End & Front-End), and 1 (Front-End) all former work colleagues from my previous employer in Bogotá and myself (German) acting as PM / Solo-Founder / Marketing / the rest. So, common communication is Spanish but can also be in English (the code is in English).

My challenge has been time to deployment and the bottle-neck is currently the back-end, since we are all working on it part-time (around 10 hours per week per developer).

RIght now, product backlog in the back, looks like the following:

Public API in JSON and XML to allow real estate agents to synch their data Creation of products in back-end and integration of Stripe (once launched in Estonia) Furthermore, I am also interested in anyone interested and focused on the front-end. The stack is built in AngularJS.

We´re about to release the new version to production.
