Looking for a backend developer for an eCommerce plugin

Hi all,
I'm working on a web plugin for eCommerce site owners. I already wrote up the frontend of the plugin, but right now I just use static data whereas I need a backend to connect to and pull data from for each user.

I'm looking for a backend developer to help me develop that. I have a complete list of specifications of everything I need in detail, but here's the gist of it:

• Users (Token-based authentication, registration via email/Google/Facebook)

  • Simple user profile page
  • Settings page in profile page where user can configure preferences

• Admin

  • Be able to view all clients, their settings (pagination) and tokens and control their memberships

• REST API

  • "preferences" API callback (accessible via REST at https://api.ourname.com/preferences, for example) that my frontend widget can use to retrieve a specific user’s preferences

• Technical

  • Backend should be in Python3 + Flask for REST API
  • Database: SQLAlchemy/Postgres
  • Frontend: Angular (or less preferrably, React) - but with Bootstrap elements if possible!
  • Dashboard should be SPA
  • Ready for deployment on some cloud service (AWS, Heroku, DigitalOcean…)
  • Mailchimp integration (users that sign up should automatically be added to my email list)
