Looking for a business co-founder to kickstart a technical writing tool

Some Background
I'm a freelance web developer and technical writer. Over the years, I've worked with several companies writing posts for their blogs. Whenever there was a bigger writing team involved, I noticed a similar pattern - a separate team management tool and writing editor that's not really meant for technical writing (bad or no support for code blocks, markdown, API interface etc.).

Previous Attempts
My first attempt to change this was CodeWrite, though it was meant mostly for individual users and suffered from me cutting costs (no proper marketing, limited server-side functionality of the app, etc.). With that said, it helped me notice some niche interest in this type of product from both individuals and companies alike.

Looking for Cofounder
Right now, I'm working on the same idea, just with an entirely rebuilt product. It's in mids of development, and I think it's time I think of the business side. I'd like to handle this product in a different, more professional way. Although it's a niche product, I think it has good business potential.

With that said, I'm looking for a business-oriented cofounder who'd be interested enough in the idea to work together in establishing a corporation and looking for funding (basically like a CFO). It's a "remote position", but as I'm looking into establishing a company in the US (researching Stripe Atlas and Mercury bank for that), the North America region is preferred.

To Be Clear
• There's no corporation for this business yet - only an idea and product halfway in development;
• There's no funding - the current development is basically my side project that I can allow myself for because of my freelance work;
• I'm looking for a long-term business partner with sizable equity in the to-be-founded company in return;
